These terms are an agreement between you and Andrew Suiter for Honest Leaderboard Game.
The game has one worldwide leaderboard. A new leaderboard starts at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month, and previous months remain viewable. Your total for a month is the verified US-dollar value assigned to completed in-app purchases accepted for that month. Ties go to whoever reached the total first. The total is not stored value, property, an investment, or a promise of any return. There is no prize, withdrawal, redemption, cash value, or guaranteed rank.
Apple or Google sells and processes each purchase under its store terms. Payments close from 23:00 to 00:00 UTC on the last day of each month. A delayed store payment stays with the month in which its quote was accepted. For a non-USD purchase, the game shows the store price, indicative exchange rate, calculated USD amount rounded to the nearest cent, provider, source timestamp, and a three-minute acceptance period. The displayed rate is an indicative midpoint rate, not a bank or card-conversion rate. That period controls when you may accept the conversion and ask the app to open the store purchase sheet; it does not control when the store later delivers proof. To receive the displayed total, an Apple-signed purchase date or Google order-creation time must be within the stated initiation grace period, normally 15 minutes after acceptance. A timely Google order may complete within 30 days. A transaction is not counted without valid signed store proof bound to that exact accepted quote. A separately itemized tax, bank fee, or card conversion charge does not count unless it is included in the signed store product price. Store rounding and regional price changes may cause different regions to receive different USD totals for the same nominal product.
Your display name is public. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it. You grant Andrew Suiter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display that name only as needed to operate and secure the leaderboard, and to review, hide, or remove it for moderation, safety, legal, and store-policy purposes. This license ends when the name or account is removed except for minimized records that must be retained for safety, disputes, or law under the Privacy Policy. Do not impersonate, threaten, harass, advertise, publish personal information, use unlawful or hateful content, interfere with the service, automate abusive traffic, evade limits, or manipulate purchases. We may reject a name, hide an account, preserve evidence, or suspend access. Players may report and block names.
You must be able to enter this agreement where you live. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must approve your use and purchases.
We may maintain, change, limit, or discontinue the service, subject to applicable law and store rules. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that a particular rank will remain available.
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes rights, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded where you live.
